Terms of Service

By using Changelogger, you agree to these terms. If you are using Changelogger on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Changelogger provides an automated changelog platform that connects GitHub repositories to team workspaces, generates AI-powered summaries of merged pull requests, and delivers them to Slack. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share access or use the service in ways that could harm others. Each account corresponds to one person; team access is managed through workspace memberships.

You may use Changelogger for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API, upload malicious content, or circumvent access controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own the content you create. By using the service, you grant Changelogger a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your entries, PR data, or workspace content.

GitHub and Slack integrations are subject to their respective terms of service. Changelogger acts as a conduit — we do not modify your repositories or post to Slack channels without your explicit configuration.

Changelogger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice before significant changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
